About iStructure

We have spent years developing a new product called iStructure to help you overcome the dimensional limitations of existing software.

iStucture will enable you to store, organisise and manage knowledge, information and media in a way that allows you to create your very own knowledge structures.

Unlike most of the software on your desktop, iStructure works the way you think. This makes it easy to learn, and highly intuitive.

iStructure can be used as an information pool, containing personal, business and reference information. Students can create projects with it. Anyone can easily create a presentation with it. Experts can put their know-how into it. Teachers can put multiple choice questions into it. Researchers can put text clippings, pictures, moving images and sounds into it, and easily find related information. Experimental workers can store test data in it.

iStructure handles small pieces of information efficiently in a searchable memo pad, it handles timesheets and weekly or monthly expense reports, and you can use it to store confidential information such as staff records and software installation codes. You can store catalogues, price lists, thumbnail galleries and sound albums in it. You can create monthly P&L reports using the pre-programmed spreadsheet. You can supply structured information, presentations or know-how to subscribers with it.

iStructure can handle thousands of pieces of information without creating new files. All of the information you put into iStructure will be connected by links. You can create your own links in addition to the automatically created parent - grandparent links. You can create and link several objects in under a minute.

iStructure makes it easy to find the same information by many different paths, and then move on to information related in different ways. It records where you go in the structure, and you can retrace your path or follow it again from the beginning in single steps, or as a slide show. The session management tool is integrated with the search engine, which can find text, objects by name and types or classes of object, and add to or replace the objects in the current session. You can store text strings used for searches in a menu for repeated use. You can also store selections of objects (such as a series of presentations) in a menu, and run them as a slide show directly from the menu.

If that isn't enough, we can also customise iStructure to allow synchronisation of a structure (e.g. an Information Pool) between a Master and outstation copies! Furthermore, we can create custom synchronisation routines that synchronise objects and content in both directions, based on rules agreed in advance.
